(१) सर्वोच्च अदालत, न्याय परिषद र न्याय सेवा आयोगले प्रत्येक वर्ष आफ्नो वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन राष्ट्रपति समक्ष पेश गर्नेछ र राष्ट्रपतिले त्यस्तो प्रतिवेदन प्रधानमन्त्री मार्फत संघीय संसद समक्ष पेश गर्नेछ ।
(२) उपधारा
(१) बमोजिम प्रस्तुत भएको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन माथि छलफल हुँदा संघीय संसदले कुनै सुझाव दिन आवश्यक देखेमा नेपाल सरकार, कानून तथा न्याय मन्त्रालय मार्फत सम्बन्धित निकायलाई दिन सक्नेछ ।
(३) उपधारा
(१) बमोजिमको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन सम्बन्धी अन्य व्यवस्था संघीय कानून बमोजिम हुनेछ ।
(1) The Supreme Court, Judicial Council and Judicial Service Commission shall, every year, submit annual reports to the President, and the President shall submit such reports to the Federal Parliament through the Prime Minister.
(2) If the Federal Parliament, upon deliberating on the annual reports submitted under clause
(1), deems it necessary to give any suggestion, it may give such suggestion to the concerned body through the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Law and Justice.
(3) Other provisions relating to annual reports under clause
(1) shall be as provided for in the Federal law.
