उपप्रधानमन्त्री, मन्त्री, राज्य मन्त्री र सहायक मन्त्रीले संघीय संसदको कुनै सदन वा त्यसको समितिमा उपस्थित हुन र कारबाही तथा छलफलमा भाग लिन पाउने छन् । तर आफू सदस्य नभएको सदन वा त्यसको समितिमा मतदान गर्न पाउने छैनन् ।
The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister shall be entitled to attend and take part in the proceedings and deliberations of either House of the Federal Parliament or its committees. Provided that he or she shall not be entitled to vote in a House or its committee of which he or she is not a member.
