(१) प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा एक उच्च अदालत रहनेछ ।
(२) उच्च अदालतले आफ्नो र आफ्ना मातहतका अदालत वा न्यायिक निकायहरूबाट हुने न्याय सम्पादनको कार्यमा कसैले अवरोध गरेमा वा आदेश वा फैसलाको अवज्ञा गरेमा संघीय कानून बमोजिम अवहेलनामा कारबाही चलाई सजाय गर्नर् सक्नेछ ।
(३) प्रत्येक उच्च अदालतमा मुख्य न्यायाधीशका अतिरिक्त संघीय कानूनमा व्यवस्था भए बमोजिमको संख्यामा न्यायाधीशहरू रहनेछन् ।
(1) There shall be a High Court in each State. 91
(2) If anyone makes obstruction in the dispensation of justice by, or disregard any order or judgment handed down by, it or any of its subordinate courts or judicial bodies, the High Court may initiate proceedings on and impose punishment for contempt, as provided for in the Federal law.
(3) Each High Court shall consist of such number of Judges, in addition to the Chief Judge, as provided for in the Federal law.
