राष्ट्रपतिले कुनै अदालत, न्यायिक वा अर्धन्यायिक निकाय वा प्रशासकीय पदाधिकारी वा निकायले गरेको सजायलाई कानून बमोजिम माफी, मुल्तवी, परिवर्तन वा कम गर्न सक्नेछ ।
The President may, in accordance with law, grant pardons, suspend, commute or remit any sentence passed by any Court, judicial or quasi-judicial body or administrative authority or body.
