प्रदेश सभाले आफ्नो कार्य सञ्चालन गर्न, बैठकको सुव्यवस्था कायम राख्न र समितिहरूको गठन, काम, कारबाही र समिति सम्बन्धी अन्य विषय नियमित गर्नका लागि नियमावली बनाउनेछ । त्यसरी नियमावली नबनेसम्म प्रदेश सभाले आफ्नो कार्यविधि आफैं नियमित गर्नेछ ।
The State Assembly shall frame rules to conduct its business, maintain order during its meetings and regulate the constitution, functions and procedures of, and other 124 matters relating to, its committees. Until such rules are framed, the State Assembly shall regulate its procedures on its own.
