त्र प्रहरी बल, नेपाल र राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान संगठन सम्बन्धी व्यवस्था :
(१) संघमा नेपाल प्रहरी, सशस्त्र प्रहरी बल, नेपाल र राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान विभाग रहनेछन् ।
(२) प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा प्रदेश प्रहरी संगठन रहनेछ ।
(३) नेपाल प्रहरी र प्रदेश प्रहरीले सम्पादन गर्ने कार्यको सञ्चालन, सुपरिवेक्षण र समन्वय सम्बन्धी व्यवस्था संघीय कानून बमोजिम हुनेछ ।
(४) नेपाल प्रहरी, सशस्त्र प्रहरी बल, नेपाल र राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान विभाग सम्बन्धी अन्य व्यवस्था संघीय कानून बमोजिम हुनेछ ।
(1) The Federation shall have Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Department.
(2) Each State shall have a State police organization. 186
(3) Matters relating to the Operation, supervision and coordination of functions to be discharged by the Nepal Police and the State police shall be as provided for in the Federal law.
(4) Other matters relating to the Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Department shall be as provided by the Federal law. 187
