(१) यस संविधानलाई “नेपालको संविधान” भनिनेछ ।
(२) यो संविधान संवत् दुई हजार बहत्तर साल असोज महीनाको तीन गतेदेखि प्रारम्भ हुनेछ ।
(1) This Constitution may be cited as the "Constitution of Nepal".
(2) This Constitution shall commence on 20 September 2015 (3rd day of the month of Ashwin of the year 2072 Bikram Sambat).
