Aindra Bikram Begha is the Deputy Mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City in Nepal’s Sunsari District. As Deputy Mayor, he plays a leading role in municipal governance and recently presented the city’s budget of over Rs 2.2 billion for FY 2082/83 (2025-26). He is affiliated with the CPN (Maoist Centre) and engages at the urban-local level, focusing on infrastructure, education, social development and citizen services.
