Arzu Rana Deuba is a senior Nepali politician, social worker and psychologist, currently serving as a Member of Parliament and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal. A long-time member of the Nepali Congress since 1996, she has been active in constitutional reform, women’s rights, and governance issues. Her work spans from founding NGOs focused on women and children to representing Nepal at international platforms.
