Yuba raj Khatiwada is a prominent Nepali economist and politician who served as the Finance Minister of Nepal from 2018 to 2020 and held the communication portfolio as well. He is a former Governor of the Nepal Rastra Bank and earlier Vice-Chair of the National Planning Commission. Recently he was appointed as the Chief Development Advisor to the Prime Minister, reflecting his role at the nexus of economic governance and national planning.
