Ram Prasad Neupane is a politician from Chitwan, Nepal. He is a member of the Communist Party of Nepal - Unified Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML). Neupane contested as a candidate for the post of Member of the House of Representatives from Chitwan Constituency-2 in a by-election held on April 23 but unfortunately lost the election.
