Rights of senior citizens
ज्येष्ठ नागरिकलाई राज्यबाट विशेष संरक्षण तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षाको हक हुनेछ ।

Rights of the consumer
(१) प्रत्येक उपभोक्तालाई गुणस्तरीय वस्तु तथा सेवा प्राप्त गर्ने हक हुनेछ । (२) गुणस्तरहीन वस्तु वा सेवाबाट क्षति पुगेको व्यक्तिलाई कानून बमोजिम क्षतिपूर्ति पाउने हक हुनेछ ।

Implementation of fundamental rights
